work conditions

I work as a head of securities department in a bank. I am not gonna blablabla on how I have created the department from the scratch and how much profit the bank saw from us managing the portfolio. But it is getting hot outside and the AC that we have is way too noisy. The room and the hall vibrate because of it:) I asked the guy for replacement but he said they going to try to repair it first. Hell.
