I think talking to myself is a good idea. Every time I notice myself having negative thoughts (Whining Me) I am going to have Kind Me talk about it. Like a child doctor asks questions, you know, whats wrong, what is it that disturbes me, what is it that I want. As with the child (Whining Me), but in a warm, attentive and respectful manner. Do you think I am crazy? I do too. But it works! Well, I am not going to do it aloud.
