а звонить ли Нане?

Подумываю, надо ли звонить ей. Если по-правильному, то вроде надо, а если по-житейски, то вроде можно забить. Вопрос сложный. Статистически в таких случаях я страдаю около недели и скорей всего звоню.
Далее, на мое предложение поставить дома кондиционер, родители ответили, что лучше делать ремонт, чего я совсем не собираюсь делать. Что лучше, сидеть в старой квартире в прохладе или в новой в жаре? Нет уж. Деньги тратить и еще начнешь не кончишь.
Приучился к поеданию большого количества риса, весьма доволен. Хочется чего-нибудь вкусно-солено-копченого. Надо будет сегодня подумать над этим и решить.

дальше что?

Почти продали весь портфель. И хорошо продавали, на пиках. Вопрос, что дальше? Будем заново увеличивать или нет? Самое плохое в корпоративной системе, не ясно когда что планируется. Надоело. Смотря по нашей доходности и по рынку, вроде надо закупать заново. Еще надо бы шмоток закупить, но лень. Сначала надо искать где, потом примеривать, потом думать, и вообще лучше заранее решить что, а потом идти. А еще лучше на интернете купить. Сорочки так можно, я даже размер знаю, но штаны и туфли без примерки сложно. А еще надо гири купить. У меня там знакомые тетеньки, может скостят. Уже закупился битумом для моей блондиночки. Завтра будем кузов обрабатывать. Ржавчине - нет!

Uncle Ziko

Today trading was very slow. I was reading "Economics: The Private Choice", the second book of 8 or 9 to go. I cannot describe how interesting it all is. All the systems theory, networks and statistics are part of the business I am in. I wonder why I am not reading those books 24 hours a day. Probably my Georgian genes do not let me spoil my life.
So, when I got tired reading, I went down to change the rear wiper on my car. I am not a handy man, but for some reason I have fun doing things with my Niva. So, today I decided to change the rear wiper. Here I am, standing in the sun, trying to change the damn thing and can you imagine, some guy who was passing in the street, comes up to me and says, "Jigaro (synonym to an Australian "mate"), I can change it for you, that's what I do for living, I change wipers!" I saw that the guy wanted to make a buck and another time I would let him, but that moment I was trying to do it myself, so I said," No thanks, I wanna learn how to do it myself". So I stood for another 15 minutes in the sun trying to change the wiper and it did not work. I left it and went back in my office.
At half past four I left and went home. I changed, put on my running shoes, baseball cap, took running shorts with me and went to the hippodrome. Ran two circles, a little more than 2 miles. Felt good. Fresh air. View. Quiet. Little wind. Horses. Went back home, and my brother came to visit with his wife and their kid. My niece. She's absolutely incredible. She's beautiful like an icon, although most Georgian kids are (what happens to them when they grow up?). She's 2 years and 2 months old and she flirts. She behaves as a grown woman. Gets bitchy at times. Well, I am her favorite uncle (I hope) cause she has another one, but I try to bring her more presents and win her over. She's absolutely lovely and she knows it and uses it to her advantage. I am going to spoil her as much as I can.

Things I need to have fun

It is official that I am declaring a war to the boredom and am going to have as much fun as I want when I can. So... I am making a list of things I will need for that. First, I will prioritize fun-having activities.

1) Trout fishing - have most of the equipment. Need a parner because of the hard terrains at the place of destination.
2) Lake fishing - need a boat. Three brothers - three-person boat, HUGE, cost about $350. Daddy likes!
3) Family Picnics - need some furniture and equipment, have nothing so far.
4) Sauna.
